1. Who we are

Accuverse Accounting & Tax Services LLC (“Accuverse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a UAE accounting, tax, compliance, and financial advisory firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For personal data collected through this website, Accuverse is responsible for deciding why and how that data is processed.

This policy applies to personal data collected through this website and through related communications with our team. It does not apply to a third-party website or service merely because we link to it.

2. Personal data we collect

We may collect information that you provide directly through an enquiry, callback, consultation, contact, or resource-download form, including:

• your name, email address, and telephone number;
• your company, role, or service area where you choose to provide it;

• the resource, page, or service connected with your submission; and
• your communication and consent preferences.

When you use the website, our hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referral information, timestamps, and security events. We use limited browser session storage to remember that a consultation prompt has already been displayed during your current browsing session.

We may also receive personal data when you communicate with Accuverse by telephone, email, WhatsApp, or a social-media platform, or from a representative, referral source, or service provider where that person is authorised to share it. If you provide personal data about another person, you should ensure that you are permitted to do so and that they understand how their information may be used.

We may create statistical or aggregated information to understand website usage and improve our services. We treat that information as non-personal only when it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.

Please do not send sensitive personal data, identity documents, financial records, passwords, or confidential client documents through a general website form. We will arrange an appropriate channel when such information is required for an engagement.

Where a form identifies a field as required, we need that information to respond or provide the requested feature. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to process the enquiry, arrange the consultation, or deliver the resource.

3. How and why we use personal data

We use personal data where you have asked us to take steps, where it is necessary to provide or administer a requested service, where we have a legitimate business or security need, where you have provided consent, or where processing is required by applicable law. These purposes include:

• responding to enquiries and arranging consultations or callbacks;
• delivering a guide, checklist, or other requested resource;
• contacting you about the subject of your request and relevant Accuverse services where the form notice permits this;

You may ask us to stop optional marketing communications at any time by replying to the message or emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis.

Where we propose a materially different use that is not reasonably covered by the purpose explained when data was collected, we will provide further information and obtain consent where required.

4. Website services and external links

The website loads font files supplied by Google and displays Google Maps content. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. If you choose a WhatsApp, Google Maps, email, telephone, social-media, or other external link, the destination provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Accuverse does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of third-party websites and platforms. You should review the relevant provider’s privacy information before submitting personal data to it.

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising technology, or additional tracking, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. Access within Accuverse is limited to people who reasonably need the information for their responsibilities. We may share it only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support our hosting, website operation, communications, document delivery, IT security, and professional services; with professional advisers; with a person you authorise us to involve; with authorities or regulators where legally required; or in connection with a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.

Some technology providers may process information outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements that offer protection appropriate to the information and applicable legal requirements.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to manage our relationship with you, to maintain appropriate business and professional records, and to meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the enquiry, whether it develops into a client engagement, and any relevant legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information sent to us may have been compromised, please contact us promptly.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable UAE law and any permitted exceptions, you may ask us to:

• confirm whether we process personal data about you and provide information about that processing;
• correct inaccurate or outdated information;
• erase personal data that is no longer required;
• restrict or object to certain processing;

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain information may need to be retained where required for legal claims, professional responsibilities, regulatory duties, fraud prevention, or other lawful grounds.

If you believe we have not addressed a privacy concern appropriately, you may also have the right to raise the matter with the competent UAE data-protection authority.
